Each release is its own document with its own signature. Read it on your own device, sign with your finger or a stylus, and keep the PDF. Red Anchor Scuba keeps the signed record for seven years; each release is valid for twelve months.
Before You Begin
Use your full legal name, no nicknames. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian present to read the Florida notice and sign. Signing takes about five minutes per form.
